What is stash?
Stash (also called git stash): A temporary shelf where Git stores uncommitted changes and restores a clean working tree, so you can switch tasks and bring the changes back later. It works like a small stack of saved changes.
Stash: an example
git stash saves half-done edits, and git stash pop restores them after you fix an urgent bug on another branch.
