What is tag?
Tag: A fixed, human-readable name attached to one commit, typically marking a release. Unlike a branch it does not move as new commits arrive. Annotated tags also store a message and the tagger.
Tag: an example
git tag -a v1.0.0 -m 'First release' marks the commit deployed to production.
