What is trunk-based development?
Trunk-based development: A workflow where developers merge small changes into one main branch frequently, often daily, and keep other branches very short-lived. It reduces painful merges and pairs with automated tests and feature flags.
Trunk-based development: an example
A team merges tiny changes to main several times a day, with tests running on each merge.
