What is configMap?
ConfigMap: A Kubernetes object that stores non-secret settings, such as feature flags or model names, as key-value pairs kept outside the container image. Pods read them as environment variables or files, so configuration changes without rebuilding the image.
ConfigMap: an example
A ConfigMap holds `MODEL_NAME=llama-3-8b` and `MAX_TOKENS=512`, which the inference pods read at start-up.
