What is Amazon ECR?
Amazon ECR (also called Elastic Container Registry): Amazon Web Services' managed registry for container images, integrated with its identity and access system and its container services. Teams push images from pipelines and deploy them to clusters without running their own registry.

CI pushes a new model-server image to ECR, and the cluster pulls it using its IAM permissions.
