What is Argo CD?
Argo CD: An open-source continuous-delivery tool for Kubernetes that follows the GitOps method. It watches a git repository, compares it with what runs in the cluster, and syncs any differences automatically or on approval.

Argo CD shows an application as "out of sync" when the cluster differs from git, and one click reapplies the git version.
