What is hadamard product?
Hadamard product (also called Element-wise product): Element-wise multiplication of two matrices or vectors of the same shape: each entry is multiplied by the entry in the same position. It is used for masking and gating in neural networks and differs from ordinary matrix multiplication.
Hadamard product: an example
[1, 2, 3] element-wise times [4, 5, 6] gives [4, 10, 18].
