What is homography?
Homography: A 3 x 3 matrix that maps points between two views of a flat surface, allowing perspective changes that affine maps cannot. It is used to straighten photographed documents and stitch panoramas.
Homography: an example
Given the four corners of a tilted cheque in a phone photo, a homography warps it into a flat, front-on rectangle.
