What is dependency parsing?
Dependency parsing: Analysing a sentence by linking each word to the word it depends on, labelling links such as subject or object. The result is a tree that exposes who did what to whom, useful for relation extraction and grammar-aware tools.
Dependency parsing: an example
In "Asha bought mangoes", "Asha" is the subject of "bought" and "mangoes" is its object.
