What is dockerfile?
Dockerfile: A plain-text recipe listing the steps Docker follows to build an image: choose a base image, copy files, install dependencies, set environment variables and define the start command. Keeping it in version control makes the build repeatable and reviewable.
Dockerfile: an example
A Dockerfile starts with `FROM python:3.11-slim`, copies requirements.txt, runs `pip install -r requirements.txt`, and ends with `CMD ["uvicorn", "app:app"]`.
