What is feature flag?
Feature flag (also called Feature toggle): A switch in configuration that turns a capability on or off, or for selected users, without deploying new code. It separates releasing code from releasing behaviour, enabling gradual rollouts and quick shutdown of a faulty feature.

An AI summary button is enabled for 10% of users through a flag, and disabled instantly if complaints rise.
