What is redirect?
Redirect (also called 301 Moved Permanently, 302 Found): A 3xx response telling the client the resource is elsewhere, with the new address in the Location header. 301 marks a permanent move and 302, 307 or 308 a temporary one. Clients such as browsers and HTTP libraries usually follow it automatically.
Redirect: an example
Visiting http://example.com returns 301 to https://example.com, and the browser follows.
