What is resource?
Resource: In web API design, a resource is a thing the API exposes, such as a user, an invoice or a document, that has its own URL and can be read or changed. Naming APIs around nouns rather than actions keeps them consistent.
Resource: an example
/users/7/orders names the collection of orders belonging to user 7.
