What is iloc?
iloc (also called position-based indexing): The pandas accessor that selects rows and columns by integer position, counting from 0, no matter what the labels are. Like Python slicing, it excludes the end position. It is used when the position matters more than the label.
iloc: an example
df.iloc[0:3, 1] returns the second column for the first three rows.
