What is sidecar container?
Sidecar container: A helper container placed in the same pod as the main application to add a supporting capability such as log shipping, a network proxy or credentials refresh, without changing the application's own code.
Sidecar container: an example
A proxy sidecar in each pod encrypts service-to-service traffic while the model server code stays unchanged.
