What is terraform?
Terraform: An open-source tool from HashiCorp for infrastructure as code. You describe desired cloud resources in a declarative language, it compares them with what exists, shows a plan of changes and then applies them across many cloud providers.
Terraform: an example
Running `terraform plan` shows that one new S3 bucket and one IAM role will be created before `terraform apply` does it.
