What is vector?
Vector (also called Vectors): An ordered list of numbers that can be viewed as a point in space or as an arrow with a length and direction. In machine learning a vector usually holds the features of one example, or the coordinates of an embedding, so that distances and angles can be computed.
Vector: an example
A house described by [area in sq ft, bedrooms, age in years] = [1200, 3, 8] is a 3-dimensional vector.
