What is row echelon form?
Row echelon form (also called Echelon form): A matrix shape reached by row operations in which every row starts further right than the row above it and any all-zero rows sit at the bottom. It makes the rank readable directly from the count of non-zero rows.
Row echelon form: an example
[[1,2,3],[0,1,4],[0,0,0]] is in row echelon form and has rank 2.
