What is row vector?
Row vector: A vector written as a single row, so a 1 x n matrix. Row vectors are the natural way to store one data example when a dataset matrix has one example per row, and their orientation matters when multiplying with matrices.
Row vector: an example
x = [2, 5, 7] as a 1 x 3 row can be multiplied on the left of a 3 x 2 matrix to give a 1 x 2 row.
