What is speech-to-speech translation?
Speech-to-speech translation: Translating spoken language in one language directly into spoken output in another, either by chaining recognition, translation and synthesis or with a single model. Direct models can preserve the speaker's voice and reduce delay.
Speech-to-speech translation: an example
A Hindi speaker talks and a listener hears a Kannada rendering within a couple of seconds.
