What is temporal consistency?
Temporal consistency: The property that objects, colours, identities and lighting remain stable from one video frame to the next. Generators lacking it produce flicker, morphing faces or objects that appear and vanish.
Temporal consistency: an example
In a generated clip of a cricketer, temporal consistency means his shirt number stays the same in all 120 frames.
