What is shebang?
Shebang (also called Hashbang): The first line of a script, beginning with #! and naming the interpreter that should run the file. With execute permission set, the system uses it to launch the right program when you call the script directly.
Shebang: an example
#!/usr/bin/env python3 on the first line lets ./train.py run under Python 3.
