What is read_csv?
read_csv (also called pd.read_csv, CSV loading): A pandas function that loads a comma-separated text file into a DataFrame. Options control the separator, column types, date parsing, missing-value markers and which columns or rows to read. It is usually the first line of any analysis.
read_csv: an example
pd.read_csv('customers.csv', parse_dates=['signup_date']) loads the file and reads the signup column as dates.
