What is pair plot?
Pair plot (also called scatter matrix): A grid of scatter plots showing every pair of numeric columns in a dataset, with each variable's distribution on the diagonal. It gives a fast overview of relationships and clusters during exploration, though it becomes unreadable with many variables.

sns.pairplot(df[['area', 'rent', 'age']]) draws a 3 by 3 grid comparing area, rent and building age.
