What is pie chart?
Pie chart: A circle divided into slices whose angles are proportional to each category's share of a total. It works only for a few parts of a whole; with many slices or similar values, people compare lengths in a bar chart far more accurately.
Pie chart: an example
A pie of a household budget with rent 40, food 30, transport 20 and other 10 percent is readable; the same with 15 slices is not.
