What is array view?
Array view: A new array object that looks at the same block of memory as another array instead of holding its own data. Slices and reshapes usually give views. Writing through a view changes the original, which is efficient but can cause surprising side effects.
Array view: an example
b = a[:3] makes a view; setting b[0] = 99 also changes a[0] to 99.
