What is array copy?
Array copy: A new array that owns its own separate memory, created with the copy method or by operations such as fancy indexing. Changes to a copy never touch the original, at the cost of extra memory and time. Use it when you must keep the source data safe.
Array copy: an example
b = a[:3].copy() gives an independent array; setting b[0] = 99 leaves a unchanged.
