What is slot filling?
Slot filling: Extracting the specific values needed to carry out a user's request, such as a city, date or amount, from their message. It is normally treated as sequence labelling with tags for each slot type.
Slot filling: an example
In "Transfer 5000 rupees to Anil", the amount slot is 5000 and the recipient slot is Anil.
