What is postmortem?
Postmortem (also called Post-incident review): A written analysis after an incident that describes what happened, its impact, the timeline, root causes and follow-up actions. A blameless style focuses on fixing systems and processes rather than blaming individuals.
Postmortem: an example
A postmortem finds that a missing data check let a corrupted feed retrain the model, and adds a validation step.
