What is matrix norm?
Matrix norm: A function giving the overall size of a matrix, satisfying the rules for norms. Different versions measure total entry size or the maximum stretch the matrix applies to a vector, and they are used to bound errors and regularise weights.
Matrix norm: an example
The matrix [[1,2],[3,4]] has a Frobenius size of sqrt(1 + 4 + 9 + 16), about 5.48.
