What is orthogonal vectors?
Orthogonal vectors (also called Perpendicular vectors): Two vectors whose dot product is zero, meaning they meet at a right angle and carry no shared direction. Orthogonal directions are independent of each other, which makes computations and coordinate systems cleaner.
Orthogonal vectors: an example
[1, 2] . [2, -1] = 2 - 2 = 0, so these vectors are orthogonal.
