What is voice cloning?
Voice cloning: Generating speech that imitates a particular person's voice from a short sample or a recording, using a TTS model conditioned on that person's speaker representation. It has uses in dubbing and accessibility and risks in fraud.
Voice cloning: an example
With 30 seconds of a narrator's audio, a system reads a new script in a similar voice, ideally with the narrator's consent.

Where you learn it
Voice cloning is part of the AI Engineering Program, which teaches it with notes, a hands-on lab and an exam. The first lesson is free.
