What is Inception Score?
Inception Score: A metric for generated images that rewards each image for being confidently classified by a pretrained Inception network and rewards the whole set for covering many classes. Higher is better, but it ignores comparison with real data.

A generator producing sharp images of all 10 CIFAR classes scores higher than one stuck on a single class.
