What is ratio feature?
Ratio feature: A feature formed by dividing one quantity by another to give a normalised, comparable measure. Ratios often carry more signal than raw amounts because they adjust for size or scale.
Ratio feature: an example
For loans, EMI divided by monthly income (EMI-to-income ratio) predicts default better than either number alone.
