What is bisect?
Bisect (also called git bisect): A Git search that finds the commit that introduced a bug by binary search. You mark one good and one bad commit, and Git repeatedly checks out the midpoint until it isolates the culprit in a logarithmic number of steps.
Bisect: an example
Among 1,000 commits, git bisect needs about 10 tests to identify the one that broke accuracy.
