What is POST?
POST: The HTTP method used to send data to a server so it can process it, most often to create a new resource or trigger an action. The data travels in the request body. Repeating it can create duplicates, so it is not idempotent.
POST: an example
POST /v1/chat/completions with a JSON body of messages asks a language model API for a reply.
