What is database?
Database: An organised collection of data stored electronically so that programs can save, find, change and remove information reliably. Unlike loose files, it enforces structure and lets many users and applications work with the same data at once without corrupting it.

A Swiggy-like app keeps restaurants, menus, customers and orders in one place so the app, the delivery tracker and finance reports all read the same facts.
