What is threading?
Threading: Python's threading module for running several threads in one process. Because of the interpreter lock, it speeds up input and output waiting tasks, not CPU-bound number crunching. It is simplest when threads share little mutable data.
Threading: an example
Starting ten threads to call an API for ten different cities in a Python script so requests overlap.
