What is settingWithCopyWarning?

SettingWithCopyWarning (also called chained assignment): A pandas warning raised when you assign into something that may be a temporary copy of a slice rather than the original table, so the change may be lost. It is avoided by using loc for assignment or by making an explicit copy.
