What is image-to-image translation?
Image-to-image translation: The task of converting an input image into a related output, such as a sketch to a photo, day to night, or a low-quality scan to a clean version. Methods include conditional GANs like Pix2Pix and diffusion pipelines that start from a partly noised input.
Image-to-image translation: an example
A photo of a living room is turned into the same layout in a different interior style while keeping the furniture positions.
