What is constant feature?
Constant feature (also called Zero-variance feature): A column that holds exactly the same value in every row of the dataset. It carries no information for prediction, so it is dropped during cleaning or by a variance threshold.
Constant feature: an example
A 'country' column that reads 'India' in all rows adds nothing to a model.
