What is DAG?
DAG (also called Directed acyclic graph): A directed acyclic graph: a set of tasks joined by one-way dependencies with no loops, so tasks can be ordered. Orchestrators use it to decide what runs first, what runs in parallel and what waits.
DAG: an example
Task load_sales depends on extract_sales and clean_sales, but the two extracts run side by side.
