What is PDP (partial dependence plot)?
Partial dependence plot (also called PDP): A chart showing how a model's average prediction changes as one feature is varied across its range while the other features keep their observed values. It reveals the direction and shape of a feature's effect, though it can mislead when features are strongly correlated.
Partial dependence plot: an example
A plot for a loan model shows approval probability rising steadily with income up to Rs 12 lakh and then flattening.
