What is model card?
Model card: A short standard document that accompanies a trained model and describes its intended uses, training data, evaluation results across groups and conditions, limitations and ethical considerations. It helps others decide whether the model suits their use and where it may fail.
Model card: an example
A model card for a resume screener states that it was tested only on English resumes and lists lower accuracy for non-technical roles.
