What is cost per resolved query?
Cost per resolved query (also called cost per resolution): The total cost of serving an AI product, including model calls, infrastructure and human escalations, divided by the number of user requests it successfully resolved. It ties model spend to outcomes and reveals whether automation is actually economical.
