What is timeout?
Timeout: A maximum time a client will wait for a connection or response before giving up and raising an error. Without one, a program can hang forever on a stalled server, so every network call should set it.
Timeout: an example
requests.get(url, timeout=10) fails if no reply arrives within 10 seconds.
