What is paired t-test?
Paired t-test: A test for the average difference between two related measurements on the same units, such as before and after. Working on within-unit differences removes variation between units and gives more power.
Paired t-test: an example
Compare each of 40 students' scores before and after a coaching course by testing whether the mean of the 40 differences is zero.
