What is operator?
Operator: A symbol or keyword that performs an operation on one or more values called operands. Python groups them into arithmetic, comparison, logical, bitwise, assignment, identity and membership operators. Operators combine values into expressions.
Operator: an example
In 7 + 3 the plus operator adds two operands to give 10, and in not True the keyword not gives False.
