What is property?
Property (also called @property): A built-in feature that lets a method be read and set like a plain attribute, using the @property decorator. It allows validation or computed values while keeping simple attribute syntax for callers.
Property: an example
@property def area(self): return self.w * self.h lets you write rect.area without parentheses.
