What is Plan-and-Solve prompting?
Plan-and-Solve prompting: A zero-shot variant of step-by-step prompting that first tells the model to devise a plan for the problem and then to carry out that plan step by step. It targets the missing-step errors of plain step-by-step prompts.
Plan-and-Solve prompting: an example
'First understand the problem and make a plan, then carry out the plan.' is added before a multi-part budget question.
